If you track your finances through Mint, Personal Capital or another means, you know how insightful (and sometimes alarming this can be). It wasn’t until I started tracking my own finances obsessively 3 years ago did I identify some major pain points and correct those to make big leaps forward with my money management. Adam from Minafi has been tracking his money for over 8 years! Adam sheds light on that financial journey, the lessons he has learned along the way and areas he still looks to improve on. As per usual with Minafi, the post includes tons of great visuals and quantitative analysis.
17 Insights From 17 Months Living Abroad With My Family from Coach Carson
Have you ever wanted to pack up and head south or overseas with you family for an extended stay? Coach Carson and his family had that experience with 17 months in Ecuador. Now returned home to the United States, Coach Carson has the chance to reflect on his voyage south. Financial freedom has given their family the ability to explore these types of opportunities.
The Dave Ramsey Baby Steps And Your Student Loan Debt from The College Investor
Given the time of year with all the new graduates stepping out into the real world, this was of course a timely post from The College Investor. Dave Ramsey may not be the most liked man in the personal finance community but he has undoubtedly helped countless people conquer their debt. Robert introduces the Ramsey Baby Steps system and how those 7 steps can be applied to defeat your own debt. I really hope this next batch of college graduates are able to master their money and move out from under the crazy amount of student loan debt that just continues to swell.

Why Your Relationships Are More Important Than Money from Mad Money Monster
A quote I love to throw around is “happiness is only real when shared”, it’s from Into The Wild (the book and film about Christopher McCandless). In a similar vein, Lisa from Mad Money Monster was reminded that your relationships are more important than money on a recent 1,000 mile road-trip drive. Money is a tool to support your quest to unlock that fulfilling and rewarding life, it’s not the be all and end all. It’s a very relatable read.
A Wealthy Money Mindset Makeover from Our Financial Path
What’s your mindset with money and wealth? This post from Our Financial Path looks to dispel some of those myths you might have about money. Remove those negative outlooks you might have, invest in yourself and take control. You can master your money and it starts with the right mindset.

Are You In The Military? from Chain of Wealth
One of the best things about podcasts is the ability to be introduced to new concepts and topics you aren’t familiar with. In this episode, I got the chance to do just that. Joining the Chain of Wealth duo is the personal finance blogger Military Dollar. If you’re in the military or have friends and family in the military be sure to share this episode. The ins and outs of the financial systems available to military personnel create differences from the general population but also lots of perks or benefits too. From the TSP or VA mortgages to the savings deposit program, it was eye opening for me to hear about this side of personal finance. Sounds like there is a part 2 coming!
How To Make Seven Figures Selling Courses from Well Kept Wallet

If you’re into business, marketing and online entrepreneurship you’ve likely listened to Amy’s podcast or visited her website before. Both are amazing resources! How Mindfulness Leads to Better Money Decisions from Mo’ Money Podcast
Mind on your money, money on your mind. The two go hand-in-hand. A balanced mind can help you avoid money mistakes and ensure you’re always acting rationally when it comes to your finances. Laurie Cameron, author of The Mindful Day, joined Jessica Moorhouse on the Mo’ Money Podcast to discuss strategies and practices to help your own mindfulness. Lots to consider here in terms of the potential anxiety, depression and feelings of being overwhelmed.
